Cancellation Policies

  • Non-refundable: The total booking amount will be charged if canceled at any time. No-shows will also be charged the total booking amount.
  • Advance Payment: Guests will be charged the total booking amount at any time.
  • Damage Policy: A damage deposit of SAR 2000 is required.
    • Collected via bank transfer up to 14 days before arrival.
    • Returned via bank transfer within 8-14 days after check-out.

House Rules

1. Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 1 PM sharp.
2. Full payment at check-in, including a refundable security deposit of SAR 1000.
3. Late check-out penalty of SAR 1000.
4. Pool without heating.
5. Nearest restaurants, fuel stations, and cafes are 7 km away in Al Shafa; grocery store and cafe 500 meters away; Taif city 30 km away.
6. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival will result in a full deposit charge.
7. The resort is only obligated to the stay duration mentioned in the housing contract.
8. Extensions are subject to availability; the resort has the right to refuse extension requests not mentioned in the contract.

Restrictions

• No parties or events allowed.
• Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Strictly no music, speakers, or disturbances inside or outside the unit; management reserves the right to evict without compensation.
• No smoking or shisha inside the unit.
• Maximum of 7 people per unit; additional guests require management approval.
• No large family gatherings or events.
• No pets allowed.
• Adherence to check-out time at 1 PM is mandatory; failure to comply will result in a security deposit deduction.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival or on the same day will result in a full deposit charge.

• Nearest services (restaurants, fuel station, cafes) are in Al Shafa, 7 km away; external grocery store and cafe 500 meters away; rose factories 15 km away in Al Aqelih area.

Nearby Entertainment Areas:

• Al Ruddaf Park and Zoo, known for its rose season.
• Al Hada area with scenic views and cable cars.

Activate the nearest alarm by breaking the designated glass.<br>• If there is smoke in your room, crawl on the floor.
